Hacking my Eee PC to Eee MAC

1. Start with Regular Guy in Canada who hacked his 1015 HAB on Oct 15 2010.

2. I never got to finish hacking my EeePC 1015-PED because I gave it to a friend. These instructions are incomplete!

3. I currently have a netbook running SL10.6.8 and it only cost $199 at newegg.com. I show you how I hacked it here hacking-my-foxconn-to-a-foxconn-macnetbook

The ingredients

1. Netbook: The Asus Eee-PC 1015PED Seashell

2. USB Drive , either a DVD burner or Thumbdrive (8Gb minimum)

3. a working Macintosh (or a Hack box, mine's a Leopard Hack of 10.5 running on a little Atom whitebox desktop).

4. A copy of Retail Mac OS X Snow Leopard DVD

4. A USB mouse, at first, and maybe

5. A USB keyboard, but I didn't, was able to get by with the regular keyboard
