A sort-of oldie on the nuts and bolts of keywords into your page by pages (of your website).
Here's her 4 steps, in a nutter shell
Keyword Selection
(obvious as a heart attack but get a pen and paper, make a list, stick to it. Those who fail to plan, plan to fail). But maybe not so obvious,
pointers on why e.g. Teen Bedding is better than "Teen Bedding sets"
Each web page should be optimized to target 2-3 keywords or phrases.
Meta Data is a time-tested tried-and-true behind-the-scenes optimizer for search-bots

Meta Keywords
Headers <h1> and <h2> tags are nesting levels of outlining. Search bots note the text inside of these headers with added weighting (hint, load headers with appropriate keywords when feasible.
Body Copy: This part is simple, all of your keywords should be incorporated into your body copy
highest priority keyword in first two sentences
but don't make keyword overkilled sentences (if they don't fit naturally and look contrived, you might get penalized...or at least, lose credibility with your human visitors)
Good English grammar is more important that keyword density. Use keywords, but do it inside the larger context of well read sentences and paragraphs
